This video is a meditation to ease IBS symptoms. Relieve your IBS through regular, consistent practice of this meditation. Immerse yourself in this relaxing music.
It is 7 minutes long and starts at 2.21 minutes if you want to skip the intro.
Practice for 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week for 8-12 weeks and then review your symptom control.

My IBS started this year after suffering from a lot of anxiety because of the pandemic. I used to have panic attacks but now i have IBS attacks. Thank you for the meditation, it really helped .

Last year I used this meditation, All symptoms gone in 3 months. Recently IBS returned. 2 weeks most symptoms gone.

I've been doing this meditation for a little over 2 weeks and I have been meaning to write a note. I started feeling better after just a few days! I'm so appreciative of your guidance. Hearing you say, "your body can heal, your body can settle down..." just rang so true and having it repeated to me, while breathing deeply and sitting still, every morning, has been like mana from heaven. Thank you - a nice pick me up. ... I am a Senior and have had ibs-D for many years - the pain, the rushes to bathroom, the mess to clean up, the isolation.... it truly is a horrible illness. Any help is appreciated. Sadly as we get older and have other illnesses on top of ibs it can become overwhelming... so again, thanks for caring.

I've been meditating for YEARS and I came across this as my IBS has been triggered by recent events. This meditation was absolutely amazing! Easily in my top 10. Her voice is calm and soothing, her visualizations are clear and easy to follow. I had no trouble whatsoever hearing her voice over the background music. I am doing this meditation 2x per day. I have had bouts on and off over the decades. Worst ever hit 10 days ago. Found this on the 2nd day and started listening multiple times daily (along with a couple of longer meditations on other channels) On 4th day was SIGNiFiCANTLY IMPROVED! Today I feel almost 100% normal. I WILL use this at least once daily from now on.❤

I found out this meditation at a time that I an so needy for this with my IBS, I started to do it everyday. I feel more calm so far and hope to be healed very soon💜 thank you for this meditation

I have considered meditation, but only started to do it when I came across your videos. I have found them so helpful, including the one to lower blood pressure. This one for IBS helped so much. I was in a great deal of discomfort and after listening to this meditation I felt so much better. I will continue to do it.

The volume of the music is higher than your voice shortly after you start. Hard to hear all the words. Wish the meditation were longer than 7 minutes, too! Thanks for considering.

Listened to this while hospitalized for my IBS symptoms. It helped manage my tension and put me in a better mind state looking towards the future. I agree the audio could have been a bit louder, but Thank you!

Love this meditation, has been so helpful the last few months. I would love if you could remove the ad at the end or add like a minute or two of silence there. It always snaps me out of my calm if I’m not quick enough on the pause button

Thank you 🙏🏼 I’m a Reiki Master and when you were talking about the white light, I felt cold, as opposed to heat and I know that if you do Reiki and you feel cold, it’s because it’s supposed to cool the area, so I’m sure that’s what it was doing today, with my stomach. I had a lot of inflammation from food poisoning last month and still trying to get some relief. Starting pelvic floor pt in 2 weeks, but this is helping me relax. Very nice meditation.
