I recently quit my job and realized how much of my life I’ve mortgaged just for money…. There’s so much one can do with their life that gives joy rather than grief

I don't agree with Gary very often but he is 100% correct here. I'm a firm believer these toxic workplaces are what causes common health problems in the US.

My philosophy is I charge my employer for my time; I am providing a service. Attempts at abusing/disrespecting me results in that service being cut. I do not have the time or energy to work with toxic people.

Right on time! I'm 48 and been miserable at my job for 18 years. I've decided this December I'm officially quitting and doing my own thing. Enough is enough.

Youre always going to find a job just so you can get by a month or two. I kept telling myself leave this damn job full of negative people, but i didnt and what i got in return was anxiety. I have always been a confident men but that damn job ruined it.

I just quit a 20 year corporate job because it was causing me mental and physical problems. I now will be employed with a company that focuses on compassion so I’m now a full time caregiver/ CNA and I couldn’t be happier!! I get to travel and help people and get paid for it! 🎉I’m so proud of myself

I'm leaving my job next year. I can't do this anymore but I need my health insurance and will have a much needed surgery in a few months. But after I heal, I am leaving. My mental health is more important

Followed your advice about social media throughout the years, applied it to my business (Vani Cosmetics) and quit my BS 9-5 earlier this year and I now FREE and SO RELIEVED. I work more time now but it’s MY business and I enjoy every second of it! Hope to meet you one day! 😊

Thank you for this video! I am writing my resignation letter today. Toxic work environment led to a Hospital visit with severe chest pain. I went back and things just got worse

It's about feeling in your gut that staying actually gives you LESS certainty, and that moving on to something better gives you MORE certainty. It's not just a conscious logical decision, you have to change the emotional association. What do you all think? :)

I just left 2 jobs that were extremely toxic but because I was at those for almost a decade. Has made me hungry to make something of my self. You Gary I followed your advice for years. Now I’m a content creator and have a nice job that treats me without abuse.

GARY: (and yes, I’m screaming here). What do you do when you have completely forgotten what was your passion or dream AFTER a lifetime of working an industry that it’s not your thing, but is the only experience you have since youth?!!!!

Quit my job last month to try to resell on eBay full time but the sales aren't picking up yet so have to find another lame job probably for now :(

I’ve agreed the money isn’t worth chasing for, anymore if the company isn’t willing to put into the same amount of …effort as you do why constantly trying to fright with them. I’ve understand that they would keep the lazy people around & the good employees would leave because of stress .
