I just resigned an hour ago from my toxic job and I feel amazing. All of that stress and misery disappeared in 5 minutes.

The only solution for a toxic office culture is to find a new job. See it early and quietly put an exit plan in motion, don’t even try to play the game.

Don't forget no room for growth and the constant repetition of a monotonous task. The boredom of these types of tasks can drastically increase anxiety .

I’m trying to understand why I stayed in a toxic work environment for 8 years. I finally decided I had enough and walked out. Never again. Thank you for this video.

My job is a living nightmare but I will be debt free at Christmas "including house", I can't wait to walk out that door for good.

I'm a doctor but I was made to work as a receptionist.. I totally lost confidence in me. It was really toxic. Today I took this step to resign for my mental health.. though I don't have another job in hand, I had to take this step. I hope I'll get a good job next 😇

The #1 sign.
When you go to sleep and awaken, are you nervous anxious or fearful of that job.
If so...it is Toxic and one needs to always be looking.

If you think about self-harm or suicide before, during or after work that may be one.

I've been working at my toxic job for the past six years. My mental health has gotten worse because of this job. For the past six years I'd been dealing with verbal abuse, bullying, verbal harassment, and physical abuse. My shift leader is abusive, my boss is a hypocrite, my coworkers are wannabe bosses/high school bullies. Right now I'm searching for a temporary job

Sometimes you can feel like the job you are doing becomes so overwhelming due to stress factors that you feel like you are not good at your job or it is something you are not meant to do but what your feeling is not because you are doing something wrong.

Just hit 21 years at my job. Feel my mind is so cloudy and so far gone with depression that I'll never enjoy life, hobbies, or music again. The frosting on top, spinal fusion from work accident ruined my life at work and, more importantly, my life outside of work. Countless days I sit at work and stare until it's time to go home. What a waste of life, I hope nobody else is thus unhappy where they are at.

Gave my 2 weeks notice in a job that is literally making me sick. Working overnight, toxic co workers, cannot sleep well during the day hours. Physical symptoms. Not worth it. Thanks.

I left my position eight months ago after three years of bullying and intimidation from the boss. She is a marginal narcissistic who took great pleasure in tormenting staff who, she felt, weren’t loyal to her. I haven’t been able to work since then but feel like I’m ready to finally move forward. But the boss got her just reward - she is currently on ‘study leave’ while an external investigation is happening. She is the only one who hasn’t realized that there is no coming back from this. The work environment had every one of the five points and more - my favourite was getting other staff to spy on colleagues.

Working at a job you like is good for you. I like assembling flat packs, it sends most people to stress out. It relaxes me, im weird. Another great vid.

Job stress depression is so common but rarely discussed. Great topic selection that I hope gets developed more on your chanel.
