High Protein Smoothie Meal Prep (50 grams) #asmr

This smoothie is super high in protein and tastes just as good as a booster juice smoothie!
Recipe
To a freezer safe container add:
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 cooked beet (optional but adds more vitamins, colour and fibre)
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used combat whey protein. This brand is sweet enough for the whole smoothie but if yours isn't, add a drizzle of honey)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 large handful or Spinach (roughly 1.5 cups)
Freeze it until you are ready to use.
To make it, blend the smoothie pack with 1.5 cups of water or milk for a thick smoothie and up to 3 cups for a more thin drink.
When selecting a container to meal prep in, make sure it fits nicely into your blender or you will have to wait for a few minutes until it thaws.
