5-ingredient Healthy Berry Smoothie that contains over 25 grams of protein and no protein powder😍 This smoothie is a quick and easy breakfast or snack idea😋

Ingredients for two servings:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (360 ml / about 250g)
1 cup frozen raspberries (240 ml / 140g)
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) low fat Greek yogurt, the yogurt I use contains 13g protein per 100g (360 ml / 375g)
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)
1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
•

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 65g strawberries and 60g raspberries per serving and add frozen blueberries nstead😁
