I absolutely love vegan and vegetarian recipes! I’ve never liked meat even as a kid, but I have a lot of allergies, pretty much all nuts except peanuts, many legumes like lentils and even coconut- so it’s really hard for me to eat only plant based. But, I try my best to cook plant based meals that I don’t react and that are delicious, if I could go vegan I’d do it in a heartbeat!!

I considered myself Vegan although 1-2 a week a eat a Vegetarian dish. And i do love the Taste of Vegan Products. Vegan & Raw or Boiled, rarely cooked.
