Protein Shakes! Which one are you going to try? Also, I provided different protein options on my blog post (link above) to suit everyone, including vegan protein powders and high quality Grassfed whey protein powders. I have been making the orange creamsicle smoothie with a few drops of young living orange essential oil…. It’s good! And replacing raw cashew butter for the almond butter makes it extra creamy …… THANKS for all your awesome 🤩 You eat just like I do!😂 fun!

Green Apple, Cucumber, kiwi, Avocado..!Matcha Powder . 1 Protein powder, 1 spinach.
