When a Narcissist says "you deserve better" they mean it. If you dont leave then they think they are the best you are going to get.

Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. My ex said those exact words and I replied the exact way. Was discarded over and over again and kept going back till I finally got strong enough to go get better. Now I'm with a wonderful girl that shows no signs of abusing me in anyway. The difference is night and day

My now exN said those exact words to me toward the end of our relationSHIT! After wasting 13 yrs of my life on him, I had learned how he played the "victim" role. When he said that to me in a text, I responded by saying "you're absolutely right- I DO deserve better & I'm DONE!" I've been NC for over 2 yrs & I'm never looking back!

Wow! Yes! It's so covert you don't notice it when you're in it!! We need more real life examples like this to relate to... He always played the victim, constantly saying he was a crap dad / husband if I pointed out something he forgot or whatever 🙄

Yep! After calling me names he yelled you can't control me or the way I talk! I'm not going to change the way I talk! My jaw legit dropped and I was like you are telling me you're never going to stop demeaning me and calling me names? And he just kept saying I was trying to "control him"

My now (as of 3 days ago) ex wife would tell me stuff like that all the time... Tell me that she isn't good for me, I should go get someone better cause she's obviously not it. And I did tell her I love her, I understand, rough childhood, we can get through it together, I'm here for
While somehow, simultaneously telling me that, I do nothing for her, what kind of man can't make her woman comfortable, what kinda man can't provide, what kinda man doesn't put his wife first, and I don't make her feel safe, protected, like a woman, she has held herself back as a woman for trying to make me feel like a man. I was too emotional, weak, not a provider and much more....
So then everyday I tried to show her I was good enough for her until everything fell apart. Lost the apartment, but still have to pay the the remaining balance, still paying for my car she crashed and totalled that she doesn't feel responsible to pay for, plus the vehicle I have now... multiple surgeries that I had to have and ended up resigning from work because I physically couldn't work anymore... donate plasma to try to keep money coming in to make her happy, ... still wasn't enough.
Still questioning my worth, sanity and reality, but I Thank you for sharing this content and using your platform to help people who are going through this. As a man I dealt with it silently for a long time. These videos really help.

The narcissist told me that I don't deserve all the nonsense that I am being put through by that person and he doesn't deserve someone like me. But this was very repetitive, over every fight. I saw those lines coming with tears each time. But I felt he understood what he did to me

Ohhhh man, the ex Narc of my son told me this in the very beginning. Lord, have mercy! Something told me to listen and cut ties, I overstayed and it was the biggest lesson I had to learn.

Mine told me during the love bombing to move on and succeed or something like thst there's a quote on it but I forget what that was.
