Hi Ally, does attraction matter in a relationship? I’ve been having doubts about my relationship that I’m in right now and I think it’s because I just don’t feel any romantic attraction towards her. I feel so bad because I rushed into a relationship with her without really considering if I really wanted her. She’s a very nice person and more importantly has a relationship with god. I thought that was enough and that should make me want to date her, even if she doesn’t look that attractive to me. I don’t know if I should tell her or not because I don’t want to make her feel like she’s not good enough for me. I know that it’s wrong hiding this from her and even getting into this relationship in the first place knowing that I barely have any feelings for her. I still like when she’s around me and texts me, but I always get these doubts. This feeling of just not liking her the same as she likes me. I don’t want to hurt her and break up with her because of something she can’t control, but I feel like it just holds me back from having a real connection with her. No matter how much I try to rationalize with how I’m feeling I just can’t shake this feeling off. Should I break up with her?
