Friends, he is a respectable monk ; and what he teaches is immensely helpful. Some people never understand the importance of other religion, but they must understand that Buddha's teachings are experiential, it is, therefore, mandatory to do practice before questioning them. If you raise objections about the Supreme Buddha's teachings, you can never or anywhere find peace. Therefore, please learn to give respect to someone who teaches you.

As a college student, i have lots of group assignments. I don't know if it is anxiety or what, but i feel so stressed because we have so many things to go through, but my teammate won't panic over it. I got eaten by my own anxiety, i cried, i can't sleep, I can't eat, just because of this. I really needed this dharma. Thank you.

His calm voice and it's like he is leading me through my anxiety and it gets better.
I have watched many videos of him and it helps in so many life struggling situations.

A professor in this field can't explain anziety better than you, not even close. Using simple words and stating the surroundings with good flow makes listening and registering it in my mind much easier. Thank you!!!
