Plan A - You can watch ezio's video and then find the highway to the blaz farm and can collect hundreds of blaze rods.
Plan B - If your server is multiplayer you can take help from Gamerfleet, Ones spot, Techno gamer and other members of Herobrine SMP.

Take a village, give it job of cartographer, take the map of woodland mansion, go to woodland mansion and note the co-ordinates, go to that co-ordinates in nether and u will find another fortress.

1- hide your animals & villager & enchanted books & important stuff to safe place, don't expose location.

2 - go to neither roof top & destroy their respown point and make some traps by own. I think this is trash. But 3rd one is best 😎

3 - you can gather some position from endcity, or by trading with piglins, ruined portel, bastion chests for battle. And then time for your kingdom. 😈

Edit for : use your gold farm for your gather gold

2. Make new armor and give it enchantment next level, like protection, feather falling, thorns, so you take less damage and fight for long time.
