Ahh thank you, ive been working on my grip, back and core but everytime i do a dead hang, i got for max attempts in set intervals. Now im going to start this strategy you’re suggesting.
Right now I can dead hang for 4 seconds, hope to double that this month, thanks!

Thanks a lot for the video, I could only do 50 seconds before training. I used some of the methods in this video for a challenge video I made to achieve a two minute dead hang. I don't know if I would of been able to do it without your advice, thanks :)

If anyone is interested in the effort it took to get from under a minute to two minutes you may want to watch a video I just made documenting my attempt to achieve a 2 minute dead hang. once again thanks for the advice.

I installed a pullup bar 4 months ago. First thing every morning I hang for as long as I can just one time. When I lose my grip, I'm done for the day. I've gone from 20 seconds to over 2 minutes. It just takes consistency.

U believe it r not I broke my old record of 153 seconds. Guess my new record . It's 215 seconds guys. I couldn't believe myself.
