Increase hang time on the bar (GUARANTEED)

Hey everybody! Just a quick #shorts video to show you the best method I've found to increase hang time on the bar. This is actually the same method I've used to increase reps on push ups, pull ups and other exercises too. It's all about frequent submaximal sets. Treat your fitness like a PRACTICE. It's seriously the best way to build strength. Pavel calls it "greasing the groove," but whatever you choose to call it, high-frequency submaximal training works wonders. You can do this in addition to 1x or 2x per week pull workouts too.

do you need a bar that is high enough for you feet to not touch the floor when keeping your body straight for a dead hang or can you use a doorway pullup bar?

I’ve just started hanging and I find that my inner elbow area gets sore after I release. After only 30 seconds. Am I risking injury or is this normal and gets better over time?

I'm having troubles for ring false grips. It slips out mostly I've a tight grip on bar but I'm struggling with ring muscle ups can you help?
