It's a travesty that someone convicted of a 1st degree murder could be out 15 years later. Imagine including time served in jail, it could be 10 years. What's the point of the conviction or charges? People get 15 years for a lot less.

I had a acquaintance who I thought was a friend . Until 1 night I walked into a very distributing scene, my friend and his friend were being very inappropriate with a young drunk girl . I screamed and threatened them both, with bodily harm . MY Reputation was not a good 1. as in those guys feared me. I got the girl dressed and took her home. and told her Parents what happened. and the 2 boys name . The Police arrested them both. They both came from rich families and the 2 guys got a slap on the wrist. because she was underage drinking, and NO Penetration . But their Reputations NEVER survived . They both died at a very young age 29 and 30 yrs of age. Still their families supported them until their deaths . Every girl knew these 2 as pervs . I am still friends with the young lady to this day 30 yrs later.
