Good exercises but wouldn't recommend a roll away chair.

SHAME on you Brain for not considering safety. PLEASE PLEASE everyone, do NOT use a rolling chair on wheels for some of these exercises. The chair will very likely slide out from under you and you could become injured as a result!!! Please use a sturdy, stationary chair without wheels!

Found you this morning. at 71, after 10yrs & 4 joint surgeries, your video make sense. It'll take a bit to get back into the rhythm of daily exercise. Oh, how does your chair (on wheels) remain stationary?

Great exercise technique just don't recommend chair with wheels for obese and elderly people due to fall precautions. Really need a sturdy safe chair that can support the weight of the obese people. Thank you great ideas!

the exercises are good ones, but I highly do NOT RECOMMEND, using a chair with wheels!! THINK!!!
