I really like your ten minutes series. Since my lung cancer surgery in late January, I’ve been working hard on regaining my fitness level. I can’t always manage 30 minutes of continuous exercise, so the ten minute segments help me break up the exercises. Thanks so much for all you do for us seniors. 👏🏻🥰

I'm 61 and have been running since I was 14. Best estimate is about 60, 000ish miles on these legs, and I feel it everyday in my hips and knees. Your 10 minute upper body, lower body and stretch yoga are really helping in my recovery from running and, I think, will allow me to run many more miles. Yesterday I tried the Tabata and it felt like a 3 mile run without the impact! I'm glad I found this and thanks for putting it together.

Between busy days, sleepless nights and getting one virus after another, I lost my habit to work out regularly, but now that I've found your seated workouts things are changing. I call them "lazy" exercises, but they're nothing like that. Ideal for just after my meals to keep my blood sugar stable. Thank you so much, Lauren!!!

Another great workout Lauren. Got my heart rate up. Just enough for me. It always makes me feel good knowing that I got in a good workout in only 10 minutes and in a chair too!

I did it two times. It was wonderful❤. I have a little knee problem, so sitting is the best way of doing some sport. Now I will try a dumbell unit. Thank you so much for your videos. 😊❤

I loved this. I finally was able to do what my legs were doing while my arms were doing something different. Better coordination I think

I slept in this morning so no time for a workout. I decided to do a quick 10 minute seated class during my lunch break. This was excellent Lauren thank you 😁👍🏼.
