I've noticed most of the videos speak of the ASD partners who are more verbal and explosive. I live with two ASD people, husband and son, who are very few with words and have pretty flat/mild moods nearly 100% of the time. Call them shut down, mute, or just hyperintroverted, there's a big difference between those ASD types and the more outspoken ones you speak of on here. Living with the quiet removed ones can also be very lonely feeling at times, and the NT partner/parent feels they have to do it all, while even looking out into the future because the other doesn't seem to ever be concerned with what if's or preparing for potential hazards or issues. I think I'd be the only in my house who would noticed if the roof blew off. Exaggeration I know, however I am the only one who seems to be paying attention to what's going on around here, while they're somewhat unplugged. EAsy to get resentful especially at times of planning, home repairs, vacation planning, etc... Do you have any videos on these types?

Another very well said video. I spend everyday walking on eggshells. I never know when he will blow up. Even opening the pkg of cookies incorrectly sends him into a major angry outburst towards me. I have to apologize to him afterwards for looking scared and feeling frightened of him, otherwise he shuts down. This is far from living a normal life and I'm not sure what to do.

... I feel fear when he change his mood without any trigger. it is unpredictable and abusive.
He is going around i hate you and i love you sometimes. i don't understand why he is so implusive and no thInking about circumustance. literally no sense of distance too.
He has no idea how much he swing around me.
