the truth about the nursing wage gap between men and women is real. my sister was more experienced nurse yet i got the job in case management, and got offered 85k starting out of school with no experience. we both worked agency and i got offered more than her, she was pissed and complained. male nurses are def paid more than their female counterparts in this field. i since work remotely from home making 113k plus benefits. totally worth it for me.

On the west coast nurse get paid well but other than the east coast and New England. In the south nurses get paid crap. New grads in Florida make 20 dollars and hour and after 20 years they get paid 36 and hour.
