This is crazy. I’ve been doing day 22 for 5 days. There is no way days 1 to 21 prepare you for this. Hoping I can complete it tomorrow and finally move on.

Been stuck on this day for 2 days. It's an incredible step up from day 21. So much so that I can't actually do the exercises in this one. Plan on staying on this day until I can do them properly. For anyone else struggling with this day, just hang in there!

This is honestly an awesome excercise though. For you guys having trouble with this day, please repeat this day until u get it all right because it will propel you forward. This is my 3rd day on day 22 and i went from notbeing able to do any to being able doall except the 1 hand one leg raises

That's too much!! I like hard exercises, but I think they shouldn't have changed 6/7 exercises at the same time. They should have begun day 20 or so. Now it's hard for me to do the exercises correctly because it's like from level 2 to level 9. I try hard but haven't got the power to use the right technique.
