anyone else go through the video before actually doing the workout? scrolled through this one thinking it was going to be easy... only for a rude awakening 😅 that plank challenge... was indeed a challenge hahaha i had to take a couple more breaks but i got it done and feeling great! WEEK 4 DONE! 💪 thank you, Heather, for another great program!

I've been doing HR workouts for a couple years now and this was definitely one of the hardest workouts I've done in a while. I barely made it through this one. By the time I got into the cool down I had to actually lay down on my mat before I passed out. This one was no joke.

Yay! Finished this one!! This is the most challenging soooo far… had to modify most and do planks with knees… hehe buuuut still pumped up with this workout!!! Thank you soooo much!!!

thank you very much! I have been practicing every day for 30 minutes for 10 years. I am 41 years old and the youngest child is one year old, this program is a great opportunity for me to recover. while he sleeps, I get up at 4 in the morning, but it's lucky that there is your channel. thank you for your hard work! it is very important that the program is selected for working out all the muscles of the body. you can't make such a program yourself without training and experience. the result is already visible! and sometimes the muscles hurt.
