Attention Men: Avoid these 5 testosterone killers at all costs. Most guys have no idea these testosterone killers even exist, especially the last one. So be sure to watch all the way to the end of the video. Also, SUBSCRIBE to the channel for more testosterone tips like this so you can continue increasing testosterone levels regardless of age.

Testosterone is a hot topic and always will be among men. Especially with the yearly natural decline of testosterone levels with each passing year after 30. Which is why you must avoid these testosterone killing foods and testosterone killing habits because they're only speeding up the process of low T.

One of the worst things that kill testosterone is stress and a lack of sleep. Sometimes these two go hand in hand. However, these two testosterone killers are something you'll want to get a grip on right away to ensure your testosterone levels stay high and healthy.

Another one of the worst testosterone killers is belly fat. You see, fat cells produce the dominant female hormone estrogen. And with your belly sitting so close to your "testosterone factory" (aka your testicles) you can seriously lower your testosterone levels. Plus, foods that contain estrogens (like soy) are a popular testosterone killers food and should be avoided. Basically, you want to keep estrogen out of your body because that's one of the main things that kill testosterone. However, eating fewer carbs and fat, or doing too much cardio is NOT the answer...

In fact, those two are also testosterone killers you must avoid. So be sure to watch all the way to the end of the video to find out why.

Know anyone who needs to be aware of these 5 worst testosterone killers?

Avoid Facebook, everytime you get a dislike, or get into an online argument you get stressed. I gave up Facebook a year ago and my life is so much calmer now.

Elderly ladies ask me why I never married, I always answer. I'm trying to reduce the stress in my life. STRESS KILLS.

I agree with how stress can affect your testosterone levels. I look back now at my previous job and it explains quite a bit since I left. It was an extremely stressful job that I really disliked for many years. I left when I was about 48 years old, within 1 year my bench went from 315 for one rep to 8 reps. My arms grew to about 19 inches, everyone was asking what i was doing, I was only in the gym 4 days a week for about 90 minutes. I really could not explain it at the time but now it makes perfect sense.

I am 55, exercise regularly, talk with my Dr. every 6 months and have blood work done. No need to supplement Testosterone or anything else when it’s not needed. Over doing it can be very harmful. Everything, including my “T” levels so far are good.

I'm 33 with a high stress job and a newborn. I got my testosterone levels checked as well as everything else. All of my labs were great but my test was 236. The stress and lack of sleep absolutely killed my testosterone. I knew something was wrong because I was feeling depressed and fatigued all the time. I'm on trt now in combination with anastrozole at the moment. My doc is looking into putting me on hcg so I can retain fertility. I'm a month in and am starting to feel like myself again. I'm hoping after a few months of the trt and proper diet and exercise I'll get back to my old self. I knew stress and lack of sleep was bad but I never knew it would be a bad as it was.

Eat whole eggs and often, quality meats and zero junk food. I do intervals 2 out 5 days a week on the MtN bike, I'm grey haired at 58 but my body looks a very fit 30, work hard physically as well for upper body. Keep that metabolism high, I have never been on a "diet"..

I agree with everything Joe said except there is no study that sugests reducing carbs in your diet inhibits testosterone production.

Being young really helps. Especially when it comes to getting enough quality sleep.

I take zinc supplements with creatine, tribulus, Ashwagandha (zinc reduces DHT levels and stress uses more zinc from our body)

Sounds so easy, unfortunately most of us have stressful lives and don’t get the chance to have 7-8 hours sleep every night (shift workers)

Went carnivore 3 years ago, no carbs. Immediately lost 35 lbs., now at 140. I'm 71 years old and testosterone average level is 916. I don't know, but it probably wasn't that high when I was 19.

Working Out for increased natural T:

Weight lifting is primary. Lift heavy weights, no "tone" 15-20+ rep crap and forgedabout bodybuilding multiple exercises (especially single body part isolation movements) and many multiple sets

DO compound, multiple joint whole body exercises. Seriously, avoid machines whenever possible. NO isolation exercises for at least six months. So, this means squats, deadlifts, overhead (standing military) press, Bench Presses, Chin/Pull Ups, or Barbell/Kettlebell/Dumbbell rows.

Research these three programs, choose ONE that works for you, and stick to it for at least half a year.

1. Starting Strength, from Mark Rippetoe

2. Power to the People or the Russian Bear program by Pavel Tsatsouline

3. Stronglifts 5x5 program.

For cardio: walk with a loaded knapsack-- aka rucking.

A Kettlebell Swing (RKB "Hard Style") Routine is a GREAT cardio and posterior chain exercise. This will not only improve your butt and your thrusting endurence, it is a proven T-builder. The KB weight should light enough not to interfere with your strength training but heavy enough to achieve results. Most men, starting out with a 35 pound KB is right.

Get adequate sleep, improve your diet (natural saturated animal fat is actually crucial!), and get some actual sunlight on your head, if not your body. Sunlight produced vitamin D is incredibly important for making T as well as the proven psychological benefits, especially stress reduction, in regularly getting natural light and fresh air.
