Walking for 30 minutes in the early morning while listening to my music, reduces my stress tremendously.

I’ve been one big ball of stress since basically 2016 with major life stressors hitting me left and right with no letup. Therapy, meditation, being in nature, music and my dog have been lifesavers. Ty, Dr! ❤
