About The BeFit in 90 Trainers:

Samantha Clayton, mother of four and wife to all-star baseball player Royce Clayton, was also an award-winning member of the 2000 Olympic track team for the United Kingdom and competed in both the 200m and the 4x100m relay. Garret Amerine joined the Marines After September, 11th and was deployed to Iraq. He soon became very interested in Fitness and upon his return home began his career in personal training, modeling, and acting.

Okay Day 61...first day of Phase 3. It is seriously a whole new level! Found it really hard, but heck, I can feel it working :D Going to take me a while to do all these moves properly but yay! I've come a way!

Hey I just started the third month of the befit in 90 I love it and Im so used to it that Im starting to wish it never ends, already planning what Im gonna do next cause the results are exciting But today after day 61 workout my left knee is feeling a bit sore so Im just wondering is that normal or did I do something wrong?
It would be great to some tips on what things I could do to protect my knees should I get thicker mat? different shoes etc?
My mom have bad knees so I wanna be very careful
