IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

week 1 = 10 reps
week 2 & 3 = 12 reps
week 4 = 15 reps

Hi Chloe, I doubt you'll see this but I just felt like I have to thank you somehow- I'm a fifteen year old British girl, I've been anorexic and struggled with exercise related issues since I was seven. Finding your workouts helped me to regain confidence in myself and you're basically responsible for all the self love I have!! The way you encourage us no matter where we're at or what's been going on stopped me from feeling like exercise was a punishment, and helped me to see it as something to do for me as and when I want to. You've helped my mental recovery in so many ways, and I cannot thank you enough for your workouts, and the crazy amount of time and effort you put into them- also just how likeable, nice and non self-centred you are as a person. :) Thank you Chloe; you make me feel like I can do anything. I love this new format! I always wanted Chloe to do strength training workouts with weights. I am so glad that she's adopted a new style. The amount of impact this girl has had on the world with her free programs is incredible!

I started Chloe’s work out during pandemic. Did the two weeks abs and liked my results so I continued. I did lose inches off my waist but it wasn’t consistent so one inch came back, HOWEVER, my body is much better than it was before and my booty, man it’s popping now. Love these booty work out!

Hi Chloe, thank you so much for the workout programs you have created. I was going through a very hard time of my life when I started your first program ( currently on my last few days of the 3rd program). My main concerns were to lower anxiety n stress. I’m still stressed 😂 but my anxiety is under control. My overall mental health has improved so much cause of you. Of course, I see changes in my physical appearance as well n that’s a huge bonus. ❤ I love you and thanks for creating all these free workout programs n making them so accessible that I can’t make any excuses not to get my butt up n get it moving.

I’m on day 16 of the bigger booty challenge, I’ve done the hourglass challenges and a few more, but this one really steps it up with weights…, the first week was rough, second week better, now starting the third week, I sware I can feel my Ass dancing behind me when I walk 😂🙌🔥🥳🔥 Chloe, you really are the greatest.
