I see this being good for lats and back exercises. and those types of exercises that involve the muscles being in the stretched position almost like calisthenics

Hi! Question about the last exercise. I noticed the opposite cable not being used looks like it's attached under the bench somehow. Where and how do you attach it? I've always left mine just loose and on the ground. Didn't know you could do that.

Im using the shake strap(shortest version) by mark bell. I bring in two caribiners and attach shake strap for killer face pull back excersice

I bought mine from Amazon and it didnt come with the bars on the side to add extra weight 😢

I tried my brother-in-law’s bow flex the other day…… while I was trying it out, all I could think of Is that my total gym is so much funner and better than this

I'm not sure why, but I've been consistently performing the face-up pulling-down exercise for some time now, and yet, I'm still unable to feel any significant activation in my lat muscles.
