Hey ladies and gents, welcome to a new project of mine. My name is Kyle Boggeman. I'm a trainer and fitness enthusiast in San Diego. I have a Master's degree in exercise science, and am certified as a CSCS, TSAC-F, and CPT through the NSCA. I'm going to be posting my daily training, walking you through it, answering any questions, and explaining some exercise science along the way. Feel free to join in. What will you see? Lot's of calisthenics- variations of push ups, pull ups, chin ups, squats, lunges, as well as some weighted variations, and occasional weight lifting.
