Wow.

I have moderately flared ribs and after doing those 90/90s, I feel like I've taken my first full breath.

My lungs feel like bellows in that position and taking that deep belly breath, that I usually find so difficult, felt effortless.

Forget 8 breaths, I continued for 10 minutes. Really felt my weak muscles in my mid rib and obliques working.

Thank you so much, it's the exercise I've been looking for for years. Will be doing this every single day!

Wow Bro @Conor Harris been watching your videos for about a half of a year now. Must say out of all the you tubers out here I watched after a Hip Injury Impingement 5 years ago, your channel probably is the #1 Channel. Wish you was located out of Michigan. We could use QUALITY people like you instead of the same PT ‘s that have you warm up on the bike and do the same routines you could’ve did at home! Just to take your money and bill your insurance!!
🙏🏽GOD Bless you sir for all the great work you do! 💯Much Love and Respect

Been struggling with pain while running for a few years now. Ever since I found your channel a few months ago, I've felt differences. I'm now running a mile about twice a week. Thanks for all that you've taught me!!

Really appreciate not needing much equipment for this routine! I found it difficult to do some of the BBR guide exercises at times when I didn’t have space or equipment. Getting amazing results, please keep videos coming!

Following shattering my legs in a RTA 30 years ago, I had terrible hip issues, extremely limited mobility (I couldn't even cross my legs), different leg lengths and consequently, a hip joint that I was told needed replacing 5 years ago. I've been using a rife machine for the last 6 months and the joint has stopped grinding and 'catching' when I moved. But, as I've changed the joint, the surrounding tissue has been constantly inflamed and everything is so misaligned, scarred and tight that I was losing hope of ever walking properly again. I am 2 weeks into the course, and just these exercises alone have been life changing. Stretching, rolling, and recommended exercises made no difference except increase pain, these controlled micro movements have freed up my hip, increased rotation (I can cross my legs!) and decreased the pain. Thank you...

I like your voice, it clear, articulated. I can listen it all day long. I wish I could have this kind of tonality in my voice. Some people are gifted with pleasant voice.

Wannabe concert pianist and had to stop in my thirties. Now I’m 71 and have discovered your wisdom which has started to get rid of my swayback… protruding Nelly… cel phone neck and reconnecting my rib cage to my pelvis… I’m feeling my feet with heel contact to our beautiful planet. Perhaps amd even perhaps in a few years I will attempt to play again minus the rigid posture and excessive tightness that was in ALL MY JOIMTS

I can't wait to try this. My left lower back and hips are so reactive to walking, cycling, etc.

Thank you SO much for these exercises! I need to buy your programs and to start working more on myself. I’m 4 weeks out from neck surgery, and these exercises help so much. I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to breathe or walk right for the rest of my life. But now I think I can definitely do better.

I have two issues regarding this routine:
_ first, I have like Zero lateral hip mobility (both internal and external); due to a bad reception in a judo class years ago, I almost had my hip sockets broken by landing on my butt way too hard. I've had very little physical therapy after recovering from that incident, and since then, I've been extremely careful not to move my legs too much on both sides, but pivoting them is fine while walking (for now).
_ second, regarding the first pose, I physically can't breathe in any prone position (on all fours or bending down). Long story short, I almost drowned when I was born; had to be put in the premature ward (I was post-term) with tubes in my lungs for ejecting the fetal liquid. My mom's pediatricians told her that I should never be in any prone position in my life. The few times I must be prone (picking something under a bed), I always breathe heavily before going down, and do whatever I must do while being in apnea.

Great video ! One question, would you recommend mobility with hip impingement?
