I have found that Bullies, whether physical, mental, or social, needs to have the Bully beat out of them, if physical. Exposing them to everyone is good for the covert Bullies. Ignoring them works great sometimes.
By the end of Highschool most of the Bullies have reformed and can join the human race.

The assumption is that the Bully has a relatable education to comprehend the verbal rebuttal.
i.e. try this on a violent uneducated person. You might need more than words.

Tolerating and be silent, is always a bad choice because that will do idiots to harm you more.

What if after few arguments, the bully still continues
Should I only focus on sharpening my counter response which I've been doing for a long time and the bully only manages to make a joke out of me since he is a man of money and power and he has help since he has more money and I'm helpless however sensible my moves are since I'm just a normal person
