Sharing the “how to” process or even just where to start is such a valuable tool. Thank you.

I appreciate the optimism. There’s always room for incremental improvement.

I do that with myself weekly.. if I notice little things that bother me I manage to lessen the load. Works wonders. And problem solving is fun lol so why not 🤷🏻‍♀️

Problem is with the impossible things to deal with that you have no control over.

I wish JP can visit us in Vancouver... It would be a great privilege to be able to watch him in person, and maybe talk to him!

I've never heard the term micro-domaines before now but this all sounds and feels so manageable and hopeful. Thank you ❤

If we're honest, in most cases, we are angry at others for our own poor decisions. You picked the job. You picked the wife. You picked the bad person. You didn't read the contract. You didn't take steps to protect yourself. We need to improve our discernment.

A game changer for my clients has been to get them to identify common themes of anger, whether they are related to petty tyranny, being set up for failure, having efforts go unappreciated, feeling like others are tying to intimidate them or get ahead at their expense etc… When they see how these threads were present in important points and different contexts in their development they start to gain a deeper understanding of their own programming and how it resulted in core beliefs that often no longer serve them or are just defensive in nature.

I’m not sure you sir understand the impact you have in people when you explain those micro plans to improve little corners of our lifes. I hope you do and it conforts your soul every night before you fall asleep. Thanks Mr Peterson, hugs from Spain.

Jordan- would love you to make a video on how to let things go. I know this would be good for me, I just don’t seem to be able to do it.

Today, I imagined my "screw off" coworkers as clowns. Big feet, red nose, and I hummed the circus song in my head. I felt better immediately. 😂

Hi friend, sometimes not letting things go can be the product of not processing what happend and accepting that it happened... it usually involves acceptance before peace. not that you're ok that it happened but knowing that the experience has equipped you with clearer view of what you want or don't want moving forward.
I wish you well and that you can find what works for you.

I’m loving Jordan’s shoes and styling socks to vest & suit, grounded in practical truths to motivate positive growth and self responsibility thats sadly not been taught or encouraged except in the Feminist Consciousness Raising workshops. ❤

Jordan Peterson may get a lot of shit for his opinions and whatever else but this man is truly a value to me in my personal life. Genius.
