very sensitive man, i like him.. expressing emotions, crying, or else is not weakness, i like how he explains it so well... Expressing feelings is good but in an appropriate way... crying sincerely, being sensitive is a sign of having a big heart rather than being hearltess... and that s for men or women...

I just I swear thought about this today I feel depressed sad numb and I realized that the truth is I'm so angry and I don't express it cause everyone around me says I'm violent I feel the truth hasnt been told and I repress it even more cause I try to save the attachment with my mother, but this is the first time I'm willing to revisit the contract.

I need this - December I was whalopped with hate in a demonstrative fashion that highlighted years & years of gaslighting scapegoating e.t.c. although I typically keep my distance from family was taken aback at the brazen display .... been sinking since. Hopefully I can find a better way to express the injustice ....maybe write a book, a chapter ... paint .... throw darts

I found recording myself when in deep emotional pain helps me to be present with them, reflect on them, nurture them which helps me to release them
