Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware #narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( #NPD ) and I’ve been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything. The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the #Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

I used to be so confused because he would act cold, angry, or dismissive most of the time even though I kept trying to talk to him to find out what was going on and let him know how much it hurt me. But when I would bring up breaking up he would ALWAYS say he didn't want to break up. I would ask why he didn't want to break up but also didn't want to show any love, affection, or companionship and I would never ever get a straight answer. When I moved out he acted nicer than usual and begged me to come back but when I did a couple months later he was back to being cold and aggressive. However he never got as bad as he was before I ever moved out.

My husband got really sick. He totally pushed me away. He would have rather depend on the kindness or unkindness of strangers. He would pay for things that I could do for free. SMH

I can confirm this. The gaping insecurities I feel have crippled me for most of my life. I never experienced intimacy and it hurts so bad now. I don't now what to do, like I have become the prisoner of my own patterns.

He pushed me away all the time. It was like very time we was actually getting along. Like he let his guard down unknowingly, he would realize and catch an attitude and become extra mean and have to leave. At first I wanted to find out who he really was, then realized, he really wasn't anyone, that he was whoever he was using at the time. He doesn't have a true identity and that's sad and I don't care who he is anymore as long as it's not someone who's hurting me. I'm free. And I intend to be free from him forever. I deserve so much better than he would have ever said he'd do for me. Which wasn't much... He didn't have much to offer anyway.

My ex pushed me away for the entire 13 years. I gave him unconditional love, put up with his emotional & psychological abuse, he absolutely refused to marry me. He never, not once gave me a birthday or Christmas present, I of course made his holidays perfect. I finally had enough and left him, and of course HE was the victim and I destroyed his life.

Buddy, this hit's the nail so on the head in a big way from my perspective of dealing with a narcissist former partner. She was crazy about me, but just wouldn't let me close, and the self protective framework was so strong that it just killed the capacity for effective communication. Sad stuff.

An ex frenemy did this because I know to much but then got highly upset when I took her up for good on her offer. Zero contact…vanished from her existence but of course she tried to smear and triangulate. I’m unbothered so I blocked and deleted all associated. But I realized I was supposed to stay and continue my position as scapegoat for things in her life I’ve nothing to do with…once she attempted to slither in between me and my son all bets were off.
