This chest static stretching routine is to be done after your chest workout. Control your breathing and focus on stretching out the chest muscles as a cool down. Static stretching helps increase circulation to the muscle that is being stretched. By doing this, we can enhance muscle recovery and decrease delayed onset muscle soreness. If you are experiencing chest pain, I recommend this as well for relief. Stretching also increases flexibility, improves range of motion, and so much more. If you don't already static stretch after you exercise, I highly suggest you start to. These stretching exercises take only 5 minutes to do. Cool down that chest with these static chest stretches and reap the benefits!

Use this follow along static stretching routine to cool down after your next chest workout! You will feel a significant difference if you start taking the time to static stretch after your workouts. I highly recommend it and these are the simple cool down routines I am doing myself!

I really like your cool down routines! I must admit that I had gotten into the habit of skipping the static stretches after the workout wich I know is bad, but I thinnk your channel will get me back to doing them regularly.

I feel so much better after a work out now. Muscle recovery time has decreased. And aches post workout have disappeared!

Hey Mike. I really dig your work bro, but can you make a video explaining why static stretching is beneficial? I find that you have a lot of different ways to static stretch but what benefits come out of doing this?
