IT disaster: Crowdstrike outage computer won’t turn on, not even the VPN issue

This is a disaster. My whole organization’s Windows PCs are all down. The issues are unable to connect to VPN or the computer won’t turn on at all like in this video. The key board lights stays on for 3 seconds like in a normal starting up process and then back off, failing to start.

Solution unknown at this time.
