Question! Is Gochugaru gluten free? Idk if there’s a possibility of cross contamination and since I didn’t have WiFi abroad, I couldn’t buy some to bring back 😔

I dont find gochugaru to be spicy at all. Its not spicy at all. I use dry red birdeye chilli powder which gives good amount of heat.

What do you think about using Gochujang instead of Gochu Garu when making Kimchi?

Gochugaru Packaging: Processed in Korea

Also Gochugaru Packaging: Chili from China .... So really it doesn't matter if it's in Korean packaging and we can buy any Chili flakes because it's apparently not a special Korean flavor..
