2 tsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes)
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp mirin (type of rice wine)
