doesn't actually say why Worcestershire sauce is bad for health other than it's so is kimchi and saurkraut

Conclusion: no matter what you eat, someone will have conducted a study that shows it is unhealthy.

I've been eating this type of food all my life and I'm 70! So I don't think I'm going to stop now.

Aside from all the dubious or wrong health claims in this video, most of the shock value is for people who generally have zero idea how food is made (even at home) or who have ill-informed food purity obsessions. Worcestershire Sauce is a fermented food like kimchi or cheese, it isn't dangerous. There's a huge difference too between "processed meat" like hot dogs and canned tuna, where a piece of meat is sealed in a can with some salt and then pressure-cooked in its own juices.

This video is a good example of why we should never take health advice from the internet ..

I grew up in Philadelphia with a grandfather who was a butcher, and can't remember a time when I didn't know what was in the scrapple I love so much.

I eat between 6 and 12 eggs a day. Eggs are actually very good for you and help raise good cholesterol and lower LDL cholesterol. So no, this list pick is wrong.

Just remember, in the average laboratory test, animals are given EXCESSIVE amounts of the ingredients being tested, often way more than the average human being consumes in a year. Meaning, the average person won't be affected NEARLY as much as the study will show.

It seems like the best thing is to grow your veggies and butcher your own animals for meat.

I cook everything from scratch, have made my own bread for years, make my own butter, mayo, ketchup, salad dressing, and home made goodies. Plus, I can everything I can get my hands on.

If people seen how soft drink syrup is made, I use to help make the stuff in big tubs and I was blown away as to how many bags of sugar for one batch of Dr. Pepper. We bought sugar by the pallets at 100 lbs per bag, we were a small bottling company back in the 70’s and the amount of sugar that we used would blow one away.

How it's made isn't nearly as disgusting as watching it being eaten.

I make my own summer sausage and jerky from deer I harvest. You can’t tell me that’s first on the list of unhealthy foods. It’s extremely healthy compared to anything in a grocery store
