New Outlook - Flag and pin important email with Quick Step

The new Outlook supports Quick Steps to quickly perform actions when managing email. I like to flag email that needs more attention and deal with it later. But I don't want to forget.
Use this 'Flag and pin' Quick Step combo to keep important email top-of-mind to action today.

When I open Quick Steps, my drop down of actions does not have "Pin"... Who stole it? But seriously, what do I do. I use MS365 so it should be up to date.

Outlook use to allow you to choose a specific date for a flagged email. Is that no longer an option with the new outlook?

Doesn't appear to be available on Mac systems. Just another example of how Microsoft punishes those on Mac despite the fact we pay same money for the apps.🙄

I use a search folder to show all flagged items then have that folder in my favourites pane. However the newest version of outlook doesn’t have search folders functionality 🙄

So I stayed on the old version for now but I can’t use Copilot unless I move to the new version 😡
