How to Create Rules in Outlook

In this step-by-step tutorial, learn how to use Rules in Microsoft Outlook. Rules allow you to move, flag, and respond to email messages automatically. You can also use rules to play sounds, move messages to folders, or display new item alerts. The easiest and most common rule to create is one that allows you to move an item from a certain sender or with certain words in the subject line to another folder. You can create this rule directly from a message you've already received.

Protip... ALWAYS DO OUTLOOK RULES AND FOLDER RE-ARRANGEMENT in the BROWSER VERSION of outlook, that way it syncs across all your outlook installations without having to backup. The backups don't always work when they release new versions of outlook I was burned that way once, never again.... I don't touch rules outside the cloud version of outlook. Kevin you should make a video on this as it is way harder to navigate and find how to do rules in outlook browser login version.
