Would be nice if Outlook just had a simple reminder button to use after emails are sent and awaiting responses. Simply add a reply reminder statement from Outlook at the beginning of the email.

What version of Outlook is this? My flag dropdown does not have the "Add Reminder" feature. It just has Mark Complete or Clear.

Yeah try to do anything with reminders or custom flags in "new outlook" (HORROR) - but this is a nice video ;-) --> one hack to this if you want to be annoying as F... for those recepients -> set reminder to go off at for example 6 am (or any time BEFORE office hours beginn) - in this way mail / notice will appear RED and not to be overseen ;-)
