My favourite part of your recipes are that they don’t have any meat!! Meat makes me extremely bloated and gives me indigestion for days and dairy makes my skin break out!! U just gained a sub❤

I can't eat nightshades. Potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and such.They are often a problem for people with inflammation.
