The ex-girlfriend should have been charged with obstruction. She clearly got in the way of the officer performing his duty to render aid and secure the scene.

Yes, that's his ex-girlfriend she called 911 on him and now freaking out because he gets shot and killed. She should have been charged with obstruction during this. And, she filed protection for domestic abuse, but yet she does that.
