Warren police officer caught on camera striking inmate, slamming him to ground

A Warren police officer is accused of punching a man who was being booked into the jail before slamming hi onto the ground and hitting him again. Video showed the assault, which happened after words were exchanged, though there is no audio from the footage and the officer didn't have his body camera on.
