Wow! It's like you're explaining my story. When you're an ambitious person in life like i am, you'll have a vision & won't want to dwell in any workplace that limits career growth. Employers are often sweet talkers & hardly respect the terms of contract, often you just have to deal with what they want for the interest of their business & making more profit. Well, the good news is that when you realize your potential then you'll break out of the situation.

Yes, especially after they changed supervisor. New supervisor would tell me I could set up my work area the way I wanted to, then the lead would get angry and yell at me because I wasn't setting up my area the way the lead was. Lead would go back to supervisor and complain, then I'd get lectured by supervisor for not doing thing the leads way. Then I was one who had to do 2 other jobs besides the main job. Then I'd be sent back to main job bc co worker was slowing down. But I'd be the one getting yelled for the line being full and my other job wasn't done yet. 10 to 11 hours m -f

I wish this video was around 6 months ago! LOL So many of these red flags were in my last role (I suspected it going in, but it was better than the toxic place I was leaving so it was a eyes wide open situation). I learned some very valuable lessons, and now know on what to look for in high quality opportunities going forward.

It's time for a change and I just started a new job the funny thing is that it's a high six figure salary and my manager ignored me on the first day of my job and he's the one who hired me they just left me hanging here unbelievable it's time to move on
