10-Minute Body Scan Meditation

Hi friends~ this is my first meditation video on this channel! I'm excited to start uploading more meditation videos along with yoga flows.

Body scanning is a simple type of meditation that allows you to reground, recenter and release tension you might not even realize you're experiencing. It is designed to help you develop a mindful awareness of your bodily sensations by focusing your attention on different parts of your body, from the head to the toe.

Practice this meditation anytime you feel stress or several times throughout the day as a regular practice.

I am new to meditation and find it difficult to clear my mind. This meditation practice was so calming. Yes, my mind wondered (as usual), but not as much. This was the first time I made it past 5 minutes. Thank you so much Jessica. I will using this video in my meditation routine.

Thank you very much for this meditation. Since I discovered it, I listen to it several times a week. I have tried other meditations, but this is my favorite. The harmonious combination of voice, background music, words and time fills me with energy, calm and gratitude. After the 10 minutes of meditation, I feel as if I slept for at least an hour. Thank you Jessica from the bottom of my heart for this! 🙏😍💝❤️✨

I like to start my day with one of your morning flows, and today i followed up with this meditation.
I want to point out one thing that I absolutely loved... You end the meditation in a manner that allows people to continue their practice without all the self promoting and click this...
