yes it can i had a month of really bad sleep and my oura ring was showing 20 minutes or less of deep sleep and less than an hour of REM. I had body aches joint pains, headaches everyday I felt so anxious and stressed and i had depersonalization and brain fog. I wasn't functioning. I stopped caffeine as well and when my sleep started getting better most if not all my problems went away. I started seeing 2-3 hours of REM and 2 hours of deep sleep and when i had this for a week consistently, my body repaired. The chronic fatigue i had and just horrible pain and wild anxiety and depression also subsided. SLEEP is the most important non-negotiable part of my life now

I like to exercise but the other half doesn't feel like doing it because of my sleep apnea all the time it's mild sleep apnea no worries cuz God's in Control now

So can we sue the fire department because we have 2-day works and two night works and most of the time we're pulling 24-hour shifts😂😂. The sleep issues are really bad and especially at 54. It's catching up with me
