Sleep cleans your brain. Here are some tips from @doc_amen to improve your sleep:

1️⃣ Stick to a regular sleep schedule.
2️⃣ Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even on weekends.
3️⃣ Make your bedroom comfortable.
4️⃣ Keep it dark, quiet, and cool.
5️⃣ Create a relaxing bedtime routine.
6️⃣ Take a warm bath, meditate, or listen to calming music.
7️⃣ Avoid naps during the day. They can make it harder to fall asleep at night.
8️⃣ Try sound therapy. Soothing sounds can help you relax and fall asleep.

Sleep is SO IMPORTANT for overall health! I struggle with sleeping well and finally found sleeping with earbuds in while listening to a sleep meditation helps a lot. Sleep is also the best medicine! ❤ I hope everyone reading this is getting enough rest.

I actually experienced a psychosis due to lack of natural sleep for such a long period of time. Fixing my sleep issues has drastically improved my life😊

I camped in the woods for a month, I didn't sleep good and 2ish weeks in I started having panic attacks and my arms went numb for weeks and everything was spinning for 1 week... It scared the life out of me. Slept 12 hours a day for a month with a locked door and I now feel kinda better

Chamomile tea an hour before bed and listening to "Get Sleepy" or "Headspace" bedtime stories has really helped me.

My mother has struggled with sleep deprivation for over 15 years nothing works no medication has work at least not any more.. she would be a perfect candidate to study on she just wants her sleep back or like she’s saids “give me 3-4 hours Is all I ask for

I am so fortunate. I can fall asleep easily and anywhere. Camping, on the ground, literally anywhere. I wake feeling awesome

Chamomile Tea! I highly suggest it. Drink it’s plain and slow! And take melatonin gummies right after and it will help make you sleepy. If you’re the type that gets sleepy but can’t sleep due to anxiety then I suggest ambien..

I once went 4 days without sleep, and holy crap it was scary!! I was weaning off medication and just could not sleep for those 4 days
I still struggle sleeping

I have always wondered when science shows how detrimental it is to run on little sleep....do we allow Doctors to work the hours they do in hospitals? It just doesnt make sense for a prefession thag needs to literally make life and death decisions
