used to suffer from insomnia. i'm so glad i discovered ASMR for sleep. people are able to use my videos too and that makes me happy. i've found changing my mattress helped a LOT too.

I’m 13 and when I heard teens should get 8-10 hours I actually laughed. I wake up at 6:05 and most kids in my grade have to wake up earlier. By the time I’m done with my homework and everything it’s 10, and by the time I am able to fall asleep after I can’t stop thinking about all the stress in my day, it’s close to 11:30, meaning I get about 6 1/2 hours. I tell this to my friends and most laugh and tell me that I’m lucky. Conclusion: many teens are sleep deprived

Here's the thing about all nighters - I may not remember stuff as well as I would if I slept, but that only applies to information I have reasonably fresh in my brain. If I never read the stuff or it's been a while, I need to go through it regardless of my sleep situation. Done both and not studying is definitely worse.

I love sleep but also have a sleep disorder. I’m unlucky. I have to take a cocktail of meds/supplements at night just to get to sleep 😂 not always as easy as “just sleep”

Yes go to sleep, best advice ever. How do you do that as a functioning adult with ADHD. I work days and evenings. Two jobs. Sleeping tablets don't work, everything my doctor recommends does not work. Cognitive behavioural issues etc. Anyone, help.
