LET'S MAKE POTATO BUCKWHEAT PIE 🥧
So Good!!!

I wanted share with you great recipe, and I finally made it!
This thin yeast dough with delicious potato and buckwheat filling!
This pie is oil free!
I replaced the oil with plant milk and eggs with aquafaba!
You can smashed it when it warm or cold, that's next level 💯
You can also add some caramelized onion into the filling 😋
Definitely going to make it more often!!!

Recipe:
For the dough:
Instant yeast - 11g
- sugar - 2 tsp
- water - 200 ml
- wheat flour - 450g
- plant milk- 2 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp

For the filling:
buckwheat - 1 cup (180 g)
potatoes - 600 g
salt, black pepper - to taste

BAKE at 190*C for 50min

ENJOY 😉
