I make this all the time now for DIY pizza night! So easy and convenient. I also like to add olive oil, 1tsp of salt and some oregano, parsley and basil, garlic powder for taste to mix with the dough, sometimes even Parmesan for extra flavor. good. 🤤thank you ❤️

Just made it. Wow. Really great. Used the Blue 5% Fago. I put in the dough some green wild thyme and inside the dough a little Mozzarella with goat cheese. Turned Royale. I have no experience in baking bread but this was really easy and super. I tried other bread receipts before but the result was a total failure. This one really worked. Will definitely try your other receipts. Indeed as you say "and love your life" 😀

I just made those. It wasn’t fluffy but it tasted so delicious! My kid loved it. I used:
* 1 cup almond flour + 2 cups whole grain bread flour.
* 3 3/4 tsp baking power
* 1 1/2 cup organic plain greek yogurt
* 3/4 tsp salt
* A lottt of chopped green onions
Mixed all and let rest for 30 mins
Then pan fried with tiny olive oil … few minutes on each side
Hope this helps! You can create your own recipes

Thankyou finally for the answer thought your videos where great and don't mind converting cups to grams and changing flours but when people have taken the time out to watch the best way is either written up at bottom of screen or at the end been able to print 🖨 the recipe and instructions . I was not on my own and many of us where asking for a while with no reply. I wish you much success 🌻

To get this I went to my search device and typed Hungry happens pita and clicked on it. Than clicked on Jump to recipe, then print, copy it:
3 ingredient greek yogurt pitas (flatbread)
servings: 10prep time: 5 minutes minscook time: 25 minutes minstotal time: 30 minutes mins
ingredients

3 cups all purpose flour
3¾ tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1½ cups 0% or 2% Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
Optional Dip: Lazy Tzatziki
instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the yogurt with a wooden spoon and then use your hands to form TWO large dough balls.
Lightly flour a clean surface and slice each ball into 4 equal parts. IMPORTANT: Roll out each piece into a THIN circle or oval shape. You can use a round plate to outline the circle and then use a pizza cutter to cut away the edges. (This is only if you want a perfect circle shaped pita. Take the extra pieces you cut away and combine them together and form more pitas).
Lightly drizzle a cast iron pan with olive oil and heat on medium to medium high. Transfer one pita to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown patches appear. Repeat with remaining dough. YOU CAN ALSO AIR FRY THESE PITAS: 400°F for 12-14 minutes - flipping halfway through.
notes

You can use this same recipe to make pizza crust, bagels, etc.
You can use gluten free all purpose flour too. I haven't tried almond flour but it might work with the addition of some eggs.

These look amazing!!! I follow a plant based diet. Do you think plant based yogurt would work as a substitute for the fage yogurt?
