Ive already been following this from 2024 starting do far lost 10kg. I call it simply combination of intermittent fasting, calorie deficit and 10k steps a day. No gym no nothing.

I gained a lot of weight due to night shift + work from home!
Started having only hot water once i wake up, then lunch by 12pm, dinner by 6.30pm, and eating nothing after that in night. Following this helped me reducing 6kgs in just 45 days even without cutting my meal portions.
Eating timely helps a lot!

I have been doing this since Dec 2023 (6 weeks ago) already lost 6.5 kgs. Only additional thing that I do is that I walk not just for 15 mins but 1-1.5 hours in the evening. I need to lose another 20 Kgs 😊

Within 30 of waking
Followed by 30mn Cardio

Breakfast - only raw fruits n avoid juice or any other procceed food
Lunch time: 9 am to 11 am
Dinner time: 4 pm to 6 pm

If you replace your usual breakfast time with this lunch time n try to not eat anything before 3/4 pm
Trust me you can't wait till even 6 pm, you will be completed your dinner at 4 or 5 pm.

Use cold/ wooden pressed kachhi ghani oil n not refined oil
Heart attack kabhi nhi hoga,

Hi Ryan, could you please also help those who are working in the UK shift. I feel Dinner before sunset is not possible. Although your tip of pushing the breakfast and exercising during that do apply to me.

Its impossible to stop eating after sunset. Especially in Mumbai. Hamare office 7 se 7:30 baje chhutate he uske baad we reach home after min 45 to 2hrs travel depending on where we stay. We can only eat dinner after that. Its not possible to carry two tiffins to office
